Our highly trained members of staff are employed for their experience, skills but most importantly, their genuine compassion and desire to provide the high standard of care we expect.
Individual personal-centred support
With domiciliary care, clients can continue to stay in the place they feel most comfortable: at home. We provide either short term or ongoing support that’s completely built around a clients individuals needs and routines. We offer one-to-one personal attention and build a care plan that’s right for them and that helps them to live as independently as possible in the place they love.
With Fosse we offer a number of different services ranging from as little as 30 minutes per week to several visits per day or 24 hour care where we supply someone living with them at home, or maybe support overnight when they may need it most.
Right staff, right service
All of our carers are required to attend a class room based training across a number of days, during which we address a wide ranging set of topics such as moving and handling and medication management to ensure that we provide consistently excellent care. We also select carers that represent our values well, we will endevour to understand your needs and carefully match you with someone who fits your personality, cultural needs and interests.
We are registered with the CQC in England, we also undertake monthly quality assurance audits including monitoring on the services we offer and our recruitment procedures.
