Welcome to Blagreaves House a warm and supportive haven designed for young individuals living with learning disabilities, autism who may present with behaviours of concern. Our 3-bedroom supported living bungalow is a place where every resident is valued, celebrated, and encouraged to lead a fulfilling life.

Our vision is to create a community where individuals with learning disabilities and autism can live independently, supported by a caring team that understands their unique needs. We aim to empower our residents to develop essential life skills, achieve personal milestones, and build meaningful connections with others.

Facilities:

• Comfortable Living Spaces: Our bungalow offers three spacious bedrooms, each designed with the comfort and safety of our residents in mind.
• Accessible Amenities: The entire facility is designed to be accessible, promoting independence and mobility for all residents.
• Cozy Common Areas: Residents can enjoy common areas designed for relaxation, socializing, and engaging in various activities.
• Safe Outdoor Spaces: Our bungalow is surrounded by secure outdoor spaces, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and outdoor activities in a safe environment.

Person-Centred Care:

At Blagreaves House, we understand the importance of person-centred care. Our team takes the time to get to know each resident individually, tailoring our support to their unique preferences, abilities, and aspirations. We believe in empowering individuals to make choices that enhance their quality of life.
