Healthcare Young Adults Support Worker (Full Time, Part Time)

Fosse Healthcare are looking for support workers to join our growing Healthcare Agency. You will be working with varied learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and therapy needs. You will be assisting, helping, and supporting young adults ages 16-30 years old by providing 1:1 support to encourage independence.

Locations include DE15 and DE56.

As a Support Worker you will work alongside the best in their field and give excellent care and guidance to the residents.

No experience is required for this role as we will provide all training to prepare you for your new career!

Every day is different, and you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

• Planning and taking part in activities and day trips
• Administering medication (once you have received the necessary training)
• Promoting independence
• Supporting within the home, community, and school setting
