What will you be doing as a Fosse Care Assistant?

• Delivering a variety of different care tasks
• Supporting and managing a small group of clients in the local area
• Trailing new ways of working, moving away from the industry standard, to one that is flexible and responsive for the clients.
• Spending quality time with the clients and their families
